- Overall project management on behalf of the asset owner and financiers
- Inventory of all existing facilities
- Coordination of activities of other consultants employed by the contractor
- Reviewing and monitoring overall quality of the design works
- Monitoring design and construction works programmes to ensure timely delivery
- Preparation of comprehensive monthly reports of all design and construction sub-contracts and contract documentation
