Food Processing Plant

The project involved design and construction management for a new food processing plant in Kigali, including all necessary civil and structural works, mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment. The buildings comprise reinforced concrete, steelworks, brick infill panels, cladding and roofing as well as fit-out and external works.

• Overall project management and coordination
• Inventory and assessment of all facilities and equipment
• Outline design and detailed design for all infrastructure (concrete and steel buildings, roads, drainage) and utilities (electricity, water supply, nitrogen supply, steam, and compressed air supply)
• Preparation of tender documents for international competitive tendering
• Assistance to procurement of Civil works and E&M equipment
• Supervision of construction and commissioning
